The By-Law Enforcement Officer is responsible to enforce all current and active by-laws of the Municipality and to make recommendations to Council regarding any required changes, amendments or new legislation.

The duties of the By-Law Enforcement Officer are many and varied, however, the main focus of the position is to ensure that the Municipality's legislation is enforced in a fair and consistent manner with all residents and/or visitors.
