The RM of St Andrews is pleased to announce that you can now pay your property taxes online with the following financial institutions.

To do this you must access your existing online bill payment system through your financial institution’s website and add the R.M. of St. Andrews as a Payee, using your “Roll Number” without the decimal as the account number. It must be a total of 9 digits (eg.  If your Roll # is 1917 – you would enter 001917000). 

You may then pay your R.M. of St. Andrews annual taxes as you would any other regular bill. To add the R.M. of St. Andrews as a payee you will find it listed under the following names for the various Financial institutions;

• Bank of Montreal  
• CIBC - St. Andrews (Rural Mun) Tax
• Credit Union
• RBC Royal Bank
• Scotiabank
• TD Canada Trust
