The R.M. of St. Andrews is pleased to announce that we have instituted a new payment option that will allow tax payers the convenience of automatic monthly payments of property taxes.

The program is as easy to join as 1,2,3….

1. Click here to download a preauthorized payment form or pick up one at the   office at 500 Railway Avenue in Clandeboye or just call us at 1-866-738-2264 and we will mail out what you need.
2. Complete the form, including the monthly amount you wish to apply (we suggest you divide your  2007 taxes by 12 for an approximate amount) to your taxes due October 31, 2008, and attach a voided cheque.
3. Mail to the R.M. Office.

We will process the payments on the last day of each month and mail you out a receipt each time a payment is processed which will show the current balance on your account.  You can then calculate the amount difference from what your account balance is to your tax bill amount and adjust your payments accordingly to pay the total by October 31, or if wanting to receive the discount, then calculate the difference to July 31.
