By-Law Enforcement

The RM of St. Andrews would like to officially welcome The Commissionaires who will be taking over by-law services as of today. The Commissionaires have been specializing in municipal by-law enforcement services for over a decade in Manitoba servicing municipalities, towns and villages across southern Manitoba.

The By-Law Enforcement Officer is responsible for enforcing all active municipal by-laws and making recommendations to Council regarding any required amendments or additions to municipal legislation.
 
The duty of the By-Law Enforcement Officer is to ensure that the Municipality's legislation is enforced with all residents and visitors. The officer is tasked with investigating complaints received from the public about alleged violations of municipal by-laws.
